Qualification : Roles and Responsibilities :

1-Graduate in any stream with computer diploma.

2-Proficient in speaking English and have good drafting skills.

3-Communication skills to liaise with top management of organization vis-a-vis J&K Govt admin.

4-Must have relevant experience of minimum 1 year.
