JKBOSE National Means Cum  Merit Scholarship Scheme (NMMSS) For Class 8TH Students 2022 Check Complete Details:-

National Means Cum merit scholarship scheme ( NMMSS) inviting Application for class VII 8 th  Students 

It is notified for information of aspiring candidates that ministry  of  education 

(MOE)  New Delhi through the J&K state board of school education is going to conduct National Means Cum Merit Scholarship scheme (NMMSS) Examination 2021-2022  on 16th March 2022  For students who have Appeared in Class 8th Annual Examination during the session October November 2021 in the kashmir division / winter zones area’s of jammu division , Ladakh and are going To appear in 8th  Annual examination in  March 2022  in summer zone area’s of jammu division.

1, The students must be studying in government , Government Aided and local body schools only. 

2, The students must have been  promoted Form class VII  irrespective of minimum marks as a special case for the exam year 2021-2022.

3,The overall Family income Should be exceed Rs 1.5 lakh per annum. 

4,The scheme would provide reservation to Categories different Categories as students as per the reservation policy of U. T of J&K.

The students must pass both the tests I. e MAT & SAT  with at least 40%  of marks in taken Aggagrate together for these two tests .  For the SC/ ST the cut will be 32%  marks. Further the students must have scrored at least 55% marks or equal grade in class 8th , 9th and 11th Examination and 60% marks in class 10th Examination for contiunuie of scholarship. . There will 5% relaxation for SC/ST students . The students must continue his/her studies in government school  upto class 12th.

1091 scholarships will be awarded Only to the students selected in order of mirit and the amount shall be Rs 12000=/ per annum per student ie Total ammount Rs 48000/- for each selected student from class 9th to 12th

The application forms duly attested by the head of the Institution and accompanied with the requisite documents viz class 7th marks certificate , income certificate and category certificate (if any) and with pay in slip of Rs 60 flavouring lauisiar officer , NMMS to be deposited In j&k bank account number 0547010100000002,Branch Jkbose, Bemina srinagar , IFSC Code JAKA0EXAMBR, must reach the office of concerned cheif education officer ( designed district nodel officer, NMMS scheme) by or before 31st of January 2022

The concerned cheif Education officer (DNOs) shall prepare the datebase of candidates in the presribed excel format and submit Application form along with requsite documents and date base of their respective districts to CDR wing bemina , By pass, srinager/Rehari colony , Jammu by or before 5th February 2022.
