Subject: UpdatingAdhaar in conformity with academic credentials

In anticipation of upcoming scholarships, all the regular students enrolled in Batch 2019, 2020 and 2021 are advised to follow the below mentioned instructions in order to avail the assistanc6/benefits provided at the institutional level and by other government departments/agencies:

1. All the students are advised to update their adhaar strictly as per the credentials mentioned in the DOB certificate only.

2. It is also advised for the regular students to create/maintain a proper working email ID ·:, and one consistent mobile number for receiving different updates and notifications well on time.

    It should be noted that no scholarship application with any discrepancy shall be entertained for the grant of Financial Assistance by the institution and Post Matric Scholarship (PMS) by Directorate of Social Welfare (J&K), Ministry of Minority Affairs (Government of India) and
