THE Subject:- Schedule for Online submission of Registration 9th students for the Academic Session 2022-24 Summer Zone and Winter Zone including Leh.

Online registration process for the students who are Currently on-roll in class 9th for the Academic Session 2022-24 in the Affiliated Academic institutions of Jammu Division shall be available through BOSE website www.jkbose.nic.in 

 INSTRUCTIONS & GUIDELINES:-

a) The Concerned students/schools shall visit the BOSE website www.jkbose.nic.in and the URL will open for filling the RR Forms of Class 9th Students. The Complete instructions are available on BOSE website www.jkbose.nic.in

b) The concerned Heads of the Affiliated Academic institutions shall facilitate and guide the students and ensure that every student of their school correctly enters the particulars online.

c) Disabled candidates having disability of 40% (Forty percent or more) are exempted from paying Registration Return Fee. However, they shall take a printout of the Registration Return Form submitted online, get it attested by the Head of the Concerned Academic Institution and submit the same in the concerned District/Tehsil Office of the BOSE along with Disability Certificate from the concerned Medical Board.

d) Only those on-roll students of Class 9th for the Academic Session 2022-24 are eligible for submission of the Registration Returns who shall attain the the age of (14) Fourteen plus on the first day of May 2024

e) The concerned Heads of the Affiliated Academic institutions shall verify and ensure that all the particulars filled-in by the candidates are genuine and strictly in accordance with the Admission Records before forwarding these (online) to the JKBOSE.

f) Only those Academic institutions who are affiliated with the BOSE and in whose favour the facilities for the current Academic Session 2022-24 have been released by the General Section shall be able to transmit the Registration Returns of their on-roll eligible students.

g) The Academic Institutions to note that there shall be no offline checklists for this online registration process. The checklists in this regard can be downloaded from their respective Id’s.

h) The head of all the concerned Institutions shall ensure that the candidate/s who is/are already registered with JKBOSE shall not be re-registered, deviation if any in this regard will invite strict action against the erring Institute

i) For any query, the concerned students/Heads of the Affiliated Academic institutions are informed to approach the concerned District/Tehsil Offices of the JKBOSE.
