It is again notified for the information of all the Heads/Directors/Coordinators of the Departments/Institutions to follow the instruction given below.

1-Collect the (User Name/Password/training details) from the Directorate of IT&SS for the online verification of application forms submitted by the candidates for appearing in the Entrance Examination, Session-2022 and complete the verification of the candidates who have applied for the respective course by 09-06-2022 upto 05:00 PM positively, so that Admit Cards will be issued without any delay.

2-Brief instructions regarding the online verification are mentioned herewith;

a) Credit details as per the eligibility mentioned in the Prospectus for CBCS candidates.

b) Category ; if applicable

c) Percentage of Marks

d) Date of Declaration of Result

However, all the Heads/Directors/Coordinators are requested to send also the copy of the Admission Committee members constituted at the Departmental level to Directorate of Admissions & Competitive Examinations by or before 29th June 2022. It is imperative to mention here that the Chairman of the Committee shall be the concerned HOD/Director/Coordinator.
