JKSSB Junior Assistant Typing Area Features:

Last year, JKSSB used the Typing Master software for the typing test.
It is expected that the same process will be followed this year too.

The typing test is done on the computer screen.
Each word and any mistakes made are shown clearly. You can only use the backspace key to correct the word you are currently typing.

Both how fast you type and how correct your typing is will be checked word by word.
If your accuracy is less than 90%, you might not qualify.

Your score is calculated using this formula:
(Your Net Speed ÷ Highest Net Speed of all candidates) × 20

Example: If your Net Speed is 40 words per minute and the highest is 60,
Score = (40 ÷ 60) × 20 = 13.33.

Note: These details are based on last year’s test pattern.
You should always check the most recent official notice for any changes.
