J&K Govt Issues New Covid 19 Guidelines Today Check Complete Details Here

Night Curfew to Continue weekend Restrictions on Saturday ,Sunday :Govt Night curfew shall continue in entire UT of Jammu and Kashmir, however, their shall be complete restrictions on non-essentials from Friday 09 pm to Monday 06 am. 

New Guideliness

The state executive committee reiterates that the following measures shall continue to remain in force.
  • All the offices to regulate the attendance of its employees in such a manner so as to ensure that appropriate social distancing norms and maintained.
  • Pregnant women employees will be exempted from physical attendance they shall be allowed to work from home.
  • Employees with disabilities shall also be given option to work from home.
  • A maximum number of people permitted to attend any indoor/ outdoor gathering shall be strictly restricted to 25.
  • Banquet halls in all the districts of J&K are permitted to allow gathering up to 25 vaccinated persons (with verifable RT-PCR or RAT not older than 27 hours) or 25% of the authorised capacity (whichever is less,) preferably in open spaces.
  • Cinema halls, theatres, multiplexes, restaurants, clubs, gymnasiums and swimming polls are permitted to function at 25% of the authorised capacity with due precautions such as CAB and adherence to SOP.
  • As regards the education institutions, following directions shall be adhered to.                        
  •  All colleges, schools, polytechnics, ITI,s, coaching centres for civil services/engineering/neet etc. To adopt online medium of teaching. There shall be no in- person teaching.                             
  •  Educational institutes shall be permitted to direct attendance of vaccinated staff for administrative purposes only. The head of the institution must ensure that guidelines related to social distancing and covid appropriate bahaviour (CAB) are strictly followed.
  • Night curfew shall continue to remain in force in all districts from 9pm to 6am with complete restrictions on non-essential movement.
  • There shall also be complete restrictions on non-essential movement in the entire UT of J AND  K  from every friday 9pm to monday 6am
  • All deputy commissioners shall intensify testing and ensure full utilisation of available RT-PCR and RAT capacities. There shall be no drop in testing level.
