Encounter broke out between militants and security forces at Kilbal village of South Kashmir’s Shopian district on Saturday, officials said. An official told the news agency that a joint team of Police, Army’s 34RR and CRPF launched a cordon and search operation on specific information about the presence of militants in the area.
